2. User Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old.
  • Pharmacy Sellers must possess valid licenses (e.g., Drug License, GST) to sell pharmaceutical products.
  • Delivery Partners must have valid identification and verification documents.

3. User Responsibilities

Customers

  • Must upload valid prescriptions for prescription-only medicines.
  • Agree to use the platform for lawful, personal purposes only.
  • Must not misuse or tamper with the service.

Pharmacy Sellers

  • Must ensure product listings are accurate, licensed, and legally compliant.
  • Are responsible for timely order confirmation, packaging, and stock accuracy.
  • Must comply with all applicable pharmaceutical and taxation laws.

Delivery Partners

  • Must deliver orders on time and handle products safely.
  • Must respect customer privacy and follow ethical conduct.
  • Real-time location sharing may be required during delivery hours.

4. Order Process and Fulfilment

  • Go Generic Pharma acts as a digital facilitator connecting users; we do not own or sell any pharmaceutical products.
  • All transactions are directly between the Customer and the Seller.
  • Orders may be subject to availability, prescription verification, and Seller approval.

  • Violation of laws or policies:
    • Selling fake or restricted medicines.
    • Operating without a valid drug license.
    • Violation of government rules or CDSCO guidelines.
  • False information or fraud:
    • Adding fake stock or showing misleading prices.
    • Supplying incorrect products or services to customers.
    • Failing to deliver and receiving frequent complaints.
  • Serious customer complaints:
    • Mistreating customers.
    • Knowingly supplying low-quality medicines.
    • Consistent negligence in delivery or service.
  • Payment or financial issues:
    • Repeated failure to make payments.
    • Not paying platform fees or commission.
  • Platform misuse:
    • Causing harm to other members.
    • Spamming or illegal promotions.
    • Hacking, data breaches, or creating security threats.

  • Initial Notice: A warning will be sent via email, SMS, or app notification.
  • Show Cause Notice: The member will get 7 working days to respond and explain their side.
  • Review & Decision: Our team will review all facts and make a decision.
  • Termination: If the response is not satisfactory, the membership may be suspended temporarily or permanently.

  • Users can choose to cancel their membership anytime by contacting customer support via email or the app.
  • If the membership was on an annual payment, no refund will be given for the unused duration.
