1. Termination by Company

• Constant late deliveries or frequent customer complaints.
• Violation of company policies, rules, contracts, or code of conduct.
• Inappropriate behavior, abuse, indecent language, or indiscipline with customers.
• Fraud or manipulation in cash or digital payments.
• Health or legal restrictions that affect service.
• Providing false documents or hiding information.
• Actions that damage the company’s image or customer trust.

Termination Process:

• Written notification (SMS / Email / App Notification) will be given before the termination of service.
• In serious cases, the company can stop services without prior notice.
• After termination, all company-related materials (e.g., bags, uniforms, ID cards, etc.) must be returned within 3 working days.

2. Voluntary Resignation / Exit Policy

• Written notice must be given at least 7 days in advance.
• All pending deliveries, payments, or claims must be settled.
• Company property (e.g., App Access, Bag, Uniform, QR Code, etc.) must be returned in proper condition.
• If the company incurs any losses, the amount may be recovered.
• No confidential information should be misused or shared after termination of service.

3. Final Settlement & Experience

• Final payment will be made within 10 working days of completion of service.
• An experience certificate (if applied) may be provided based on service records.
• No payment/certificate will be given in case of illegal activities, fraud, or rule violation.

4. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute, Uttar Pradesh Jurisdiction will apply.
